On July 29, 2024, a one-day training course for women's federation cadres was held at the Women and Children's Activity Center in Yaohai District, Hefei City. Women's federation cadres from Anhui Daodong Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. participated in the training.

In the morning, the director of the Women's Theory Teaching and Research Department of the Provincial Party School delivered a speech on the theme of "continuously enhancing skills and promoting high-quality development of women's undertakings in the new era".

In the afternoon, representatives from various regions exchanged and shared information on the organizational construction of women's federations in the "three new" field. The students conducted research and discussions on the structured construction of women's federations in the "three new" field.

Through this training, we can have a deeper understanding of the new standards and requirements for women cadres in the new era, recognize the importance that leaders attach to the selection and training of women cadres, and realize that women's work is not insignificant.
